 Your gateway to the EU

After June 1, 2008 you will have to demonstrate to your customers that you are in firm control - and REACH-compliant. You will need to show that your company:

  • meets local requirements
  • minimizes reputation risks
  • prevents call-backs
  • is REACH-compliant

The REACH Shared Service Desk allows your organization to stay fully in control of your data-sharing and licensing processes, enabling you to successfully negotiate any REACH-related barriers that would otherwise hinder exports to the EU. Of course, our REACH-compliance services are cost-efficient and reliable, just like you would expect.

 Exceeding your expectations

We are confident that we know just what you expect to gain from our Only Representative, and we will make sure we can more than meet your needs. With the REACH Shared Service Desk, you can expect:

  • An efficient pre-registration and registration process
  • A service provider independent of labs and testing organizations
  • Relieved customers who have fewer obligations
  • Solid protection of your sensitive and confidential information, such as product compositions and market shares
  • Excellent control over how your product composition and health and safety data are shared
  • Qualitative, comprehensive registration dossiers produced by experienced toxicologists
  • Access to free substance data shared in a Substance Information Exchange Forum (SIEF)

If this sounds just like what you are looking for, then be sure to find out more about our services and packages. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us or a local contact to discuss both these and any other issues you may have.

Show your customers that you are in control

So here's how it works. We first establish or appoint an EU-based legal entity (an Only Representative) on your behalf, which will be managed from our offices in Amsterdam. Then we support you in developing satisfactory procedures for pre-registration, such as ensuring registration dossiers for each substance are submitted before the deadlines. If necessary, we can also support you in designing and maintaining your information flows, for example, from your premises to your OR. All of this is coordinated by local support teams based in your own country and speaking your own language. We will also represent you at Substance Information Exchange Forums (SIEFs) and consortia.
